NABIP Applauds Senate Passage of Key Healthcare Reforms!
The U.S. Senate has passed the Employer Reporting Improvement Act and the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, bipartisan bills that now head to President Biden for signature into law. These reforms simplify ACA compliance, reduce regulatory burdens, protect personal information, and modernize outdated processes—allowing agents and brokers to focus on helping consumers secure the coverage they need.
